Sew Powerful Purse Project, and another purse using and upcycled Starbucks tee shirt as well as upcycled denim jeans too.

| "Smooth" was part of the tee shirt from Starbucks and I added batik fabric above and below it and the fabric cups of coffee by appliquéing them onto the flap. A few added heart buttons for some bling completes the flap. |

| A flower that I appliquéd onto the jean pocket before sewing it onto the back of the purse. The pocket barely fits as you can see at the bottom and the top. These were men's jeans and the pockets are a bit too large to fit these purses, but I want to use the pockets when I can. Maybe I need to cut the pockets down smaller in the future so I can use them? I will try one and see how it works and looks before I go cutting them all smaller. |
love the word, "smooth" and the cups definitely unique.
