Knittin' Pearl (Quilt)

Here is a fun little quilt I made called "Knittin' Pearl". You knitters will get the funny meaning here. The arms on the quilt were done in 3-D on the pattern, but I made this smaller and opted not to do that.
Here is Pearl and she be a knittin'!!!
I rounded the corners on the quilt, but the top corners don't want to lie very flat. I even blocked this too. I used only scraps for making his little quilt.
Pearl is knitting right off the sheep! Toothpicks are the knitting needles.

The little pinwheel quilt blocks were made from leftover half-square triangles from my grandson's quilt. So I only had to sew together the 4 units to make each pinwheel. I added some cute flower buttons in the centers to make them look more like a pinwheel spinning.
