Here is one of my favorite quilts from the show (there were a lot of beautiful quilts on display). This quilt was made by Ardith Alumbaugh, who is a member of the quilt guild I belong to. |

Colors of the Southwest Fiber Art Show
April 1 & 2, 2016 was the Colors of the Southwest Fiber Art Show in Albuquerque. It was in one room at the Albuquerque Garden Center. While the room wasn't huge, they sure packed a lot of handmade fiber items into the room. I took over 200 photos of all the items on display. They are all posted to my Flickr Album in case you would like to see the entire show. There were lots of quilts, knits, crochet, weaving, embroidery, and more!

ReplyDeletethank you so much for taking pictures of the show, I have 4 things in that show and it was great to see them. Many of the pieces gave me ideas for future projects and now I have your lovely slide show as a reference.
