I knit this short sleeved cardigan, called the Low Tide Cardigan, using a variegated yarn that I purchased from Knit Picks. It's a Merino/Alpaca/Nylon blend fingering weight yarn.
It feels so soft. This has a nice drape to it and the front is longer than the back |
I found some silver buttons that worked well for this. They sort of look like starfish, which goes with the Low Tide name of this cardigan. |
The back view. |
I love this pattern as it adds such a pretty touch of a lacy pattern to the yoke. |

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Daryl!!! It looks so soft and feminine. I bet it feels wonderful to wear!
ReplyDeletei know this will look great on you, its very elegant and i love the fact that its a relatively quick knit compared to a heavier sweater. the open lace is perfect for most of the year here.
