Applique Women Quilts

I made these two quilts that are from Carrie Payne's applique designs. I purchased the pdf's from her Etsy store. The background fabric and the fabric of the 2 dresses were from my blog friend Norma, who sells Stampin' Up products and those 3 fabrics were from Stamping' Up. The skin was a stamp I purchased from Norma's Stampin' Up store. The stamp is called En Francais and it makes a perfect skin when I stamped it on some fabric. Thank you Norma for those fabrics, they were just the perfect fabrics for these 2 little wall quilts. I love them!

I added a handbag in her hand, using a pink tissue lamé fabric.

I added a flower and beads for her hair and I embroidered a "chain necklace" and added an earring as a necklace. I think I lost the other earring and had this one which worked great as a necklace.

I also added a necklace to this quilt using a heart charm.
