Sew Powerful Purses #239-241 (for 2025)

Upcycled some denim jeans into Sew Powerful Purses to donate. The flaps were made with scraps of denim and stitched with a zigzag stitch to hold it all together and then I added the appliqué, buttons, crystals and handmade label.

I used the back and front pockets for the pocket and one pocket I made out of denim with a touch of orange lining showing at the top of the one on the right.

I want to thank those who have donated on my behalf during the annual Sew Powerful Fundraiser. There is still time to donate through September 30, 2025. It takes $10 to fill each purse with the monthly hygiene supplies the girls need to stay in school all year long. So if you haven't donated yet, please consider at least a $10 donation to fill one purse. Click here to donate or use the QR code below.

Thank you so much for your comment. I appreciate every one. If you do not hear a reply back from me, it could be that you are a no-reply, or that Google/Blogger has changed something (again!) making it impossible to respond back to you. If you want a reply because you asked a question, please fill out the Contact Form located on the right side of the blog and I will respond to you that way. Thank you for stopping by! I was forced to add comment moderation due to huge number of SPAM!
