Batik Quilt For My Son

I finished the quilting and binding on this quilt that I made for my son. The brown backing fabric is also batik. I bought the brown batik fabric years ago on clearance at such a great price I bought the rest of the bolt. I made several things with this fabric and now except for a few scrap strips left from trimming the edges, after I quilted the quilt, I finally used all the brown batik up!

Knit Hat For My Grandson

I knit this hat for my 2-year old grandson (almost 3 years old). I asked him what color hat he wanted and he said green!

Tote Bag

This is a fabric bag that is styled like one of those plastic grocery bags. I've made one before in a different fabric. This fabric came this way with the stitched grid and already dyed. It is lined inside too.

Apron

I made this apron out of a lightweight denim-type fabric. I made the bias binding and heart appliqué from some fabric that I had leftover from a past quilting project. I have made this apron before, it's a Simplicity pattern. Easy to make and it criss-crosses in the back, so no ties at the neck or waist.
